Step 1 - Please choose your Space/Facility for your venue.

Step 2 - Submit the Rental Space Application.

Step 3 - Submit your 50% security cleaning refundable deposit to

tentatively reserve your date. (The is just a deposit fee and be returned)

Step 4 - Obtain the following required Event Liability Insurance:

Step 5 - Obtain Permits if Needed:

Step 6 - Make a full rental fee payment to confirm your booking of space at

least 2 weeks (14 business days) before the event. All

additional fees are due 3 calendar days before the event.

A surcharge for the space for additional time that the event runs

past the time reserved.

Step 7 - Provide Event Security (1) security guard per seventy five (75) people.

Step 8 - Sign the Waiver Agreement.
